About the role
We are seeking fluent English speakers based in the United States and Canada to participate in short, natural, recorded video conversations that reflect authentic human communication. In this role, you will engage in 15-minute unscripted video discussions with a matched conversation partner on everyday topics. Your recordings will directly support the development of next-generation AI systems—helping them better understand natural speech patterns, facial expressions, conversational flow, and real-world human interaction.

Responsibilities
- •Must use a camera capable of recording at 720p or higher with a minimum of 30 FPS for all recordings.
- •Maintain good lighting and ensure a distraction-free background.
- •Must have stable internet connection capable of supporting smooth video calls.
- •Conversational Recording: Participate in 15-minute recorded conversations with a matched partner. Conversations are unscripted and based on a topic you choose together.
- •Natural Interaction: Listen actively, respond thoughtfully, and build on your partner’s ideas in a clear, natural way.
- •Topic Selection: Discuss real-life topics such as personal experiences, hobbies, workplace challenges, or opinions that have changed over time.
- •Audio & Video Quality: Ensure clear, consistent audio quality throughout each recording session and follow provided guidelines.
