What You May Work On Members of the network may support projects that train, test, and evaluate advanced AI systems using real-world financial analysis expertise. Assignments may include creating realistic finance tasks and professional deliverables; building or reviewing financial models, forecasts, budgets, and valuation analyses; evaluating AI-generated financial statements, variance explanations, investment assessments, and management reports; developing scoring criteria or reference solutions; and providing detailed feedback on accuracy, assumptions, methodology, and business relevance. Project Details Projects vary in scope, duration, and weekly commitment. Many engagements are structured for flexible remote participation and may require approximately 15–30 hours per week while active. Specific schedules, deliverables, timelines, and compensation terms will be shared before you accept an assignment. Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded as business needs and performance requirements change. How It Works 1. Get matched: When a suitable finance project becomes available, we contact qualified experts whose experience and availability fit the engagement. 4. Review the opportunity: You receive the project scope, schedule, deliverables, and compensation details before deciding whether to participate. 5. Start contributing: If selected and you accept, you complete project onboarding and begin working remotely with the Workbolt AI team. Contract Information Talent Network members participate as independent contractors on project-based engagements. Joining the network does not create an employment relationship or guarantee a minimum amount of work. Experts must not use or disclose confidential, proprietary, material non-public, or restricted information belonging to any current or former employer, client, or institution. Responsibilities
- •Design realistic finance tasks based on forecasting, budgeting, financial-statement analysis, valuation, capital allocation, liquidity planning, and performance management; produce the supporting assumptions, calculations, and professional deliverables.
- •Evaluate AI-generated financial work—including three-statement models, cash-flow forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, valuation outputs, KPI reporting, and investment assessments—for numerical accuracy, methodological soundness, and business relevance.
- •Develop clear evaluation criteria, scoring rubrics, reference answers, or exemplar models that define strong professional-quality financial analysis and how it should be assessed.
- •Provide precise written feedback that identifies calculation errors, inconsistent assumptions, weak controls, unsupported conclusions, or presentation issues and recommends concrete improvements grounded in finance practice.
- •Work independently within project instructions and quality standards, document assumptions and sources, incorporate reviewer feedback, meet agreed deadlines, and promptly communicate questions or risks to the Workbolt AI team.
