About the Role Workbolt AI is seeking experienced frontend engineers for an active remote project supporting advanced AI systems. You will apply production judgment to realistic interface-development and AI-evaluation work. What You Will Work On You may build and evaluate responsive web interfaces, component systems, complex state flows, data visualizations, accessibility behavior, browser performance, and frontend testing. Assignments can include creating reference implementations, debugging UI issues, reviewing AI-generated code, and assessing whether solutions satisfy product and design requirements. Typical Deliverables Deliverables may include reusable components, page implementations, test suites, accessibility reviews, performance analyses, evaluation rubrics, reference solutions, and precise feedback on AI-generated work. Qualified candidates receive project scope, expected commitment, timeline, and compensation details during the selection process. No prior AI experience is required. Contract and Payment Information This is a fully remote, project-based independent-contractor role. Project duration and weekly workload may vary or change according to client needs and performance. Responsibilities
- •Build, test, and review production-quality interfaces, reusable components, design-system patterns, state flows, and client-side integrations.
- •Create realistic frontend engineering tasks, reference solutions, test cases, and evaluation criteria grounded in product scenarios.
- •Evaluate AI-generated code for functional correctness, accessibility, responsiveness, performance, browser compatibility, security, and maintainability.
- •Debug complex UI behavior, rendering, state-management, data-fetching, and performance issues and provide actionable fixes.
- •Communicate product and technical tradeoffs clearly, incorporate reviewer feedback, and deliver independently in a remote project environment.
