Full-Stack Software Engineer
About the role
About the Role Workbolt AI is seeking experienced full-stack software engineers for an active remote project supporting advanced AI systems. You will apply production engineering judgment to realistic software-development and AI-evaluation work. What You May Work On Project experts may train and evaluate AI systems on realistic full-stack engineering work, create technical tasks and reference implementations, review AI-generated code, debug applications, and provide precise feedback on architecture, correctness, security, performance, accessibility, and maintainability. Projects may span modern web interfaces, backend services, APIs, databases, testing, and deployment workflows. What We Look For We value engineers who can own features across the stack, reason clearly about tradeoffs, communicate technical decisions, and deliver production-quality work independently in a remote environment. No prior AI experience is required. How It Works Submit your resume, availability, and work-authorization information. Qualified candidates will receive the project scope, expected commitment, timeline, and compensation details during the selection process. Contract and Payment Information This is a fully remote, project-based independent-contractor role. Projects vary in scope, duration, and weekly hours and may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on client needs and performance. Compensation typically ranges from $70 to $150 per hour depending on project scope and experience. Experts must not use confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
