Lawyer Talent Network
About the role
About Workbolt AI’s Talent Network Join Workbolt AI’s Lawyer Talent Network to be considered for flexible contract opportunities with AI labs and technology companies seeking experienced legal professionals. This is an open application for future projects—not a guarantee of immediate work. Opportunities are matched on a rolling basis according to your experience, legal expertise, jurisdictional background, availability, and project requirements. What You May Work On Members of the network may support projects that train, test, and evaluate advanced AI systems using real-world legal expertise. Assignments may include creating realistic legal research, drafting, contract-review, compliance, litigation, and dispute-resolution tasks; reviewing AI-generated legal analyses, memoranda, clauses, issue-spotting exercises, and procedural guidance; developing scoring criteria or reference answers; and providing detailed feedback on legal accuracy, reasoning, clarity, jurisdictional assumptions, and professional relevance. Project Details Projects vary in scope, duration, and weekly commitment. Many engagements are structured for flexible remote participation and may require approximately 15–30 hours per week while active. Specific schedules, deliverables, applicable jurisdictions, timelines, and compensation terms will be shared before you accept an assignment. Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded as business needs and performance requirements change. How It Works 1. Apply once: Submit your résumé, availability, work-authorization information, and relevant legal credentials. 2. Get reviewed: Workbolt AI reviews your professional background and verifies that your expertise aligns with the network. 3. Get matched: When a suitable legal project becomes available, we contact qualified experts whose experience, jurisdiction, and availability fit the engagement. 4. Review the opportunity: You receive the project scope, schedule, deliverables, jurisdictional context, and compensation details before deciding whether to participate. 5. Start contributing: If selected and you accept, you complete project onboarding and begin working remotely with the Workbolt AI team. Contract Information Talent Network members participate as independent contractors on project-based engagements. Joining the network does not create an employment relationship or guarantee a minimum amount of work. This role supports AI training and evaluation and does not involve providing legal advice to Workbolt AI or its clients unless expressly stated in a separate engagement. Experts must not use or disclose privileged, confidential, proprietary, material non-public, or restricted information belonging to any current or former employer, client, court, firm, or institution. Workbolt AI considers qualified applicants without regard to legally protected characteristics and supports reasonable accommodations where applicable.
