About the Role Workbolt AI is seeking experienced management consulting professionals to create and evaluate high-quality business strategy work used to improve advanced AI systems. You will apply authentic consulting judgment to ambiguous business problems, synthesize qualitative and quantitative evidence, and assess whether AI-generated analyses and recommendations meet professional standards. No prior AI experience is required. What You Will Work On You will structure complex business questions into clear issue trees, hypotheses, workplans, and decision frameworks. Assignments may involve market assessment, growth strategy, operating-model design, performance improvement, organizational questions, or other executive decisions. You may review source material, conduct targeted quantitative analysis, identify unsupported assumptions, and turn scattered information into concise insights and practical recommendations. Typical Deliverables Deliverables may include executive-ready slide decks, issue trees, analytical workbooks, scenario comparisons, concise written recommendations, evaluation rubrics, reference answers, and detailed feedback on AI-generated consulting work. Strong submissions communicate the situation, analysis, key findings, implications, and one to three prioritized actions through a coherent storyline and effective data visualization. How It Works After applying, qualified candidates may complete a reasoning assessment and interview. Selected experts receive project briefs with scope, quality standards, timelines, and compensation before accepting an assignment. Work is completed remotely and reviewed for accuracy, clarity, business judgment, and adherence to instructions. You may be asked to incorporate reviewer feedback before final approval. Project and Contract Information This is a remote, project-based independent-contractor opportunity. Assignment availability, duration, and weekly workload vary according to client needs and are not guaranteed. Compensation ranges from $100 to $150 per hour depending on assignment scope and experience. Experts must protect confidential information and must not use proprietary or confidential material from current or former employers or clients.

Responsibilities
- •Analyze complex, ambiguous business problems and structure them into clear issue trees, hypotheses, workplans, and decision frameworks grounded in the available evidence.
- •Aggregate and synthesize scattered qualitative and quantitative information into concise insights, executive narratives, and practical recommendations with clearly stated assumptions and limitations.
- •Create polished, executive-ready slide decks that communicate the situation, analysis, key findings, implications, and one to three prioritized actions through a coherent storyline and effective data visualization.
- •Conduct quantitative analysis in Excel or comparable tools to test hypotheses, size opportunities, compare scenarios, validate recommendations, and identify inconsistencies in source data or AI-generated work.
- •Evaluate AI-generated consulting analyses, frameworks, slides, and recommendations; develop reference outputs or scoring rubrics; provide precise feedback; incorporate reviewer comments; and deliver work independently in a remote environment.
