Workbolt is where professionals train and evaluate AI. Workbolt Arena gives anyone free access to the latest AI models to use and compare on their own work; it is not a job, and votes and comparisons in the Arena are never paid. Paid work comes only from AI training jobs run for leading AI labs—including conversation sessions, recordings, evaluations, and other expert tasks. Earnings vary by project, are based on completed work, and are not guaranteed. By using this site you accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Participation in any specific AI training job is subject to project availability, applicant eligibility, and verification, which may include identity, language, or domain-expertise checks depending on the project. Using the Arena does not require an application and does not by itself qualify anyone for paid work.
Models available in the Arena are built and served by third-party providers, not by Workbolt. Workbolt does not control their outputs, availability, or pricing, and their responses may be inaccurate or change without notice. Prompts and files you submit are sent to the provider of each model you use, under that provider's terms.
Workbolt is not affiliated with any employer, customer, AI lab, or model provider mentioned on this site unless explicitly stated. References to specific companies, labs, or models are descriptive and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Workbolt is an equal-opportunity platform. We welcome professionals of every race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law, and we do not discriminate on any of these bases in matching, evaluation, or payment.
All payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Workbolt does not store full payment-method details and is not liable for delays, fees, currency conversions, tax withholdings, or other actions taken by payment processors, banks, or tax authorities. You are responsible for reporting your earnings and paying any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
As with standard company payroll, payment rates for AI training jobs may vary based on your location, project complexity, the customer or AI lab the project is run for, applicable local minimum wage and labor laws, currency, and other factors. Rates and totals shown anywhere on the platform are estimates and may change between sessions or projects.
By taking part in any AI training job or using the Arena, you grant Workbolt and its parent, Ocular AI, Inc., a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to access, store, and use all data, recordings, transcripts, annotations, evaluations, prompts, votes, and other outputs produced in the course of that work or use. Such data is owned by the platform and may be used, retained, processed, shared with customers, and incorporated into datasets for AI model training, evaluation, benchmarking, and related purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details.
